Hello Customer,
All our orders are FOB out of our 250 Central Ave, Teterboro, NJ 07608 or 745 Coney Island Drive, Sparks, NV 89434 warehouse. If you wish notification prior to us shipping from either warehouse, please advise us when sending the purchase order. Otherwise orders will be shipping according to where stock is available, and freight will be charged. When placing your order please advise whether you will be using your own FedEx/UPS account or if we will be billing you for the freight. Any orders under $500 will receive an $8 handling fee. Also, our preferred u/m is the case. We do not sell by the pack. Ground parcel orders placed by 1 pm est. will ship within 24 hours, expedited orders will ship same day, pallet orders will ship within 48 hours, and orders that come in past 1 pm est. will have the processing time started the following business day. Rush orders shipping from NJ are available after 1 pm est. until 4 pm est. for an additional $10 rush fee. Rush orders shipping from NV are available after 1 pm est. until 5:30 pm est. for an additional $10 rush fee. Same day pick-ups are also possible with the $10 rush fee.
